After feed back from customers we have come out with a V2 sleeve.  It is a custom durometer silicone that is tougher than the previous version but still maintaining it's ability to provide maximum seal against skin.  It is slightly stiffer then the V1 which will increase it's durability when putting on and taking off the sleeve.

These sleeve have a nominal thickness of 3mm with a thicker 5mm section to ensure secure attachment on the vacuum bell.  Sleeves are 6 inches long. Made with soft skin safe silicone.  They have had a post processing cure to ensure maximum durability.  100% silicone and not TPE or TPU. Made in the USA. 

Sizing - The easy way is to match you cup size to the sleeve size.  If you are using the generic Chinese cups then it will go as such:

Small cup - 20mm sleeve

Medium cup - 23mm sleeve

Large cup - 26mm sleeve.

Or you can stretch you flaccid and measure you girth.  A mild stretch is all that is needed, don't try and rip it off for this measurement.

20mm sleeve is good for stretched girth between 2.75 inches and 3.25 inches

23mm sleeve is good for stretched girth between 3 inches and 3.75 inches.

26mm sleeve is good for stretched girth of 3.75 and up.

There is some over lap so if you are close to the in between size then get both sizes to make sure you get on that is comfortable for you.

Great Customer Service on V2 Sleeves

I bought 3 V2 sleeves which seem to be a nice grade of silicone - not as rubbery or sticky. They still stretch and grip good. The first one I used had a very small hole near the 5mm thick end, and air was leaking in. I looked at the others, and they look fine - no flaws. I sent an email in about it and Jason replied the same day and shipped another one out. Kudos for the prompt reply and service.

More durable

Best sleeves out there

I use the phallosan forte with these sleeves I’ve used the ones that came with phallosan and would have to take it off after several hours with mr sleeves sleeves I wear it for about 11-12 hours daily I feel it has helped a lot in the last month of me wearing them it’s helped with gurgling which soft I was usually 5 inches now soft I am at 6-6.5 inches it’s also helped I believe with my size. Just hit 8.75 hard I really feel the sleeves made a big difference just purchased several more don’t want to be without these sleeves.

Handling and Usage

1. Wash silicone products in warm water with mild soap before first use. The silicone is very soft and the powder that is on it from manufacturing will inhibit it's ability to seal against the skin.

2. How to cut sleeve. Hold top of area to be cut between index and middle finger, your fingers should be like scissors. Grip below cut area with you thumb and ring finger, a pinching action. Pull the upper and lower fingers away from each other about 2mm to stretch the sleeve slightly. Cut with heavy scissors or kitchen shears. This should create a very straight cut with no jagged edges. Not cutting the sleeve like this will result in a U shaped cut that will shorten the life of the sleeve.

3. Do not leave silicone products on device. Wash with warm water and mild soap to keep clean. Silicone that is used with lubricant will need to be washed after every use.
