This uses those pennies you have laying around to achieve the weight increase you need with out the risk of adding too much and getting injured. They are held it place by locking rings that easily snap in and out. An easy push from the back will push out the locking ring from its grove and the pennies with it. To load it just put 8 pennies or how ever many you want and then slide the locking ring into the hole. Allowing you to effortlessly make weight changes as needed.

Handling and Usage
1. Wash silicone products in warm water with mild soap before first use. The silicone is very soft and the powder that is on it from manufacturing will inhibit it's ability to seal against the skin.
2. How to cut sleeve. Hold top of area to be cut between index and middle finger, your fingers should be like scissors. Grip below cut area with you thumb and ring finger, a pinching action. Pull the upper and lower fingers away from each other about 2mm to stretch the sleeve slightly. Cut with heavy scissors or kitchen shears. This should create a very straight cut with no jagged edges. Not cutting the sleeve like this will result in a U shaped cut that will shorten the life of the sleeve.
3. Do not leave silicone products on device. Wash with warm water and mild soap to keep clean. Silicone that is used with lubricant will need to be washed after every use.
