Manufactured from 3D-printed PETG in the USA, our Extender Top is designed to replace the noose attachment found on popular cheap extenders. It's also a great upgrade if your current extender allows the sleeve to rub on the extender bars causing holes to form in the sleeve.
These replacement extender tops will fit most popular cheap extenders that use smooth bars and not threaded rods. Measure your bars diameter to ensure proper fitment. The bars should measure 9mm. Also measure the inside distance between the bars to determine which top to get.
These extender tops will add height to the extender. The 50mm will add 3 inches to the total length of the extender and the 40mm will add 2.75 inches of length. Please check to see if you can remove this amount of bar length or screw the adjusters down to ensure it will not make your extender too long.
The 50mm top will fit all 3 sizes of the generic vacuum cups.
The 40mm top will only fit the medium (4.6 inch) and small (3.9 inch) generic vacuum cups. The large cup will not fit between the bars.
40mm fits the Phallosan extender base that uses metal rods. It does not work with the newer model that has the plastic rods.
These will not work with Phallosan or Totalman cups.
Tested to hold 20 lbs without deflection.

Handling and Usage
1. Wash silicone products in warm water with mild soap before first use. The silicone is very soft and the powder that is on it from manufacturing will inhibit it's ability to seal against the skin.
2. How to cut sleeve. Hold top of area to be cut between index and middle finger, your fingers should be like scissors. Grip below cut area with you thumb and ring finger, a pinching action. Pull the upper and lower fingers away from each other about 2mm to stretch the sleeve slightly. Cut with heavy scissors or kitchen shears. This should create a very straight cut with no jagged edges. Not cutting the sleeve like this will result in a U shaped cut that will shorten the life of the sleeve.
3. Do not leave silicone products on device. Wash with warm water and mild soap to keep clean. Silicone that is used with lubricant will need to be washed after every use.
